Ingredients
  

Burger Mixture
  • 1.5 lb ground chuck Use lean ground chuck for a healthier option.
  • 3 Tbsp sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix Can be substituted with Italian seasoning or your favorite spice blend.
  • cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Pepper jack cheese can be used for a spicy version.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  2. Mix everything gently until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 hamburger patties.
Grilling
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill the patties to your desired level of doneness, being careful as these burgers are very moist.
  3. Once cooked, serve the burgers on your favorite hamburger buns.

Notes

Serve hot with classic sides like fries or salad. Offer toppings like lettuce, tomato, mustard, and mayo. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, and uncooked patties can be frozen for up to 3 months.
