Burgers
  • 1 ½ lb ground chuck You can substitute with ground turkey or chicken for a healthier option.
  • 3 Tbsp sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp ranch dressing mix
  • cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Experiment with different cheeses like pepper jack or blue cheese.
  • Hamburger buns Toast for a crispier texture.
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Mustard
  • Mayo (for topping)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the ground chuck, sour cream, ranch dressing mix, crumbled bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 6 hamburger patties, making sure they are evenly sized.
Grilling
  1. Grill the patties to your desired doneness over medium heat, using a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature.
  2. Cook for medium-rare to 130-135°F, for medium to 140-145°F, and for well-done to 160°F.
Serving
  1. Serve the burgers on hamburger buns, topped with lettuce, tomato, mustard, and mayo. Add additional toppings if desired.

Notes

If you have leftovers, let them cool, then store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet or microwave.
