Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Sauté the fresh spinach in a pan over medium heat until wilted. Drain and chop finely.
  3. Inspect and flake the crab meat into bite-sized pieces.
Mixing Ingredients
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, and lemon juice. Stir until well combined.
Combine and Bake
  1. Gently fold in the chopped spinach and then the crab meat, being careful not to overmix.
  2. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top. Broil for the last 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness if desired.

Notes

For variations, consider adding artichoke hearts, jalapeños, or different cheeses like smoked gouda or pepper jack for added flavor. To lighten the dip, substitute Greek yogurt for some of the cream cheese or mayonnaise.
