- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined and form into golf ball-sized meatballs.
- Gently place the meatballs into the crockpot, stacking them neatly.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, brown gravy mix, and Worcestershire sauce until smooth. Pour the sauce over the meatballs.
Cooking
- Cover the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the meatballs are tender and juicy.
Serving
- Serve over mashed potatoes or egg noodles, ladling some rich sauce on top.
Notes
For extra flavor, sauté the onion before adding to the mixture. Don't overmix the meat mixture to maintain tenderness. If you prefer a thicker sauce, remove the lid for the last 30 minutes of cooking.
