  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Freshly ground pepper adds extra flavor.
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Optional; can be skipped for a dairy-free option.

Method

Preparation
  1. Wash and dry the zucchinis. Cut off the ends and slice them into 1/4-inch rounds.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Add sliced zucchini to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Place the seasoned zucchini slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for about 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  2. If using, sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the zucchini slices during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
Serving
  1. Remove the zucchini from the air fryer and allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Tips: Cut zucchini slices evenly, avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket, and feel free to experiment with seasonings. Store cooked zucchinis in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
