- In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup, corn, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the beef mixture in a baking dish.
- Top with cheddar cheese and layer with tater tots.
Baking
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve with a simple side salad or fresh vegetables. Add hot sauce for extra flavor. To store leftovers, cool completely and refrigerate in an airtight container for about 3-4 days. Reheat individual portions in the microwave or oven.
