Ingredients
  

Meat and Vegetables
  • 1 lb ground beef Use lean ground beef for a healthier option.
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 can corn Drained.
Sauce and Seasoning
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Topping
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese Can substitute with other types of cheese.
  • 1 bag tater tots

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, corn, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the beef mixture in a baking dish.
  5. Top with cheddar cheese and layer with tater tots.
Baking
  1. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown.
  2. Let it cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve with a simple side salad or fresh vegetables. Add hot sauce for extra flavor. To store leftovers, cool completely and refrigerate in an airtight container for about 3-4 days. Reheat individual portions in the microwave or oven.
