Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground pork sausage until browned, then set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook the crispy bacon until crispy and drain on paper towels.
- Scramble the eggs in the skillet until fully cooked.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the scrambled eggs, ground pork sausage, crispy bacon, and sharp cheddar cheese on top of the rolls.
- Place the top halves of the rolls on and bake for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the rolls are slightly golden.
- Serve warm and enjoy your hearty breakfast sliders!
Notes
These sliders can be served warm on a platter. Pair with sides like fresh fruit or hash browns. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For extra flavor, add spices to the scrambled eggs or use different cheeses.
