  • 1 package Hawaiian rolls
  • 6 large Scrambled eggs Adjust quantity based on preference.
  • 1 pound Ground pork sausage Can substitute with turkey or vegetarian sausage.
  • 6 slices Crispy bacon
  • 1 cup Sharp cheddar cheese Can substitute with other cheese varieties.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground pork sausage until browned, then set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, cook the crispy bacon until crispy and drain on paper towels.
  4. Scramble the eggs in the skillet until fully cooked.
  5. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  6. Layer the scrambled eggs, ground pork sausage, crispy bacon, and sharp cheddar cheese on top of the rolls.
  7. Place the top halves of the rolls on and bake for about 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the rolls are slightly golden.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy your hearty breakfast sliders!

Notes

These sliders can be served warm on a platter. Pair with sides like fresh fruit or hash browns. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For extra flavor, add spices to the scrambled eggs or use different cheeses.
