Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, blend the cottage cheese until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently separate the egg whites from the yolks, placing the whites in one bowl and the yolks in another.
  4. Add the egg yolks to the smooth cottage cheese and mix until well combined.
  5. In the bowl with egg whites, add cream of tartar and beat until stiff peaks form.
  6. Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the cottage cheese mixture.
  7. Sprinkle in the salt and gently fold in the blueberries.
  8. Spoon the fluffy batter onto the prepared baking sheet in desired shapes.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and set.
  10. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Tips: Don't over-mix the batter, use ripe blueberries, and ensure no yolk contaminates the whites. Variations: use different berries, add spices or nuts.
