  • 1 cup full fat cottage cheese Use full-fat for best taste and texture.
  • 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning Adjust to taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Scoop the cottage cheese into small piles on the baking tray, making sure to space them out evenly.
  3. Gently flatten each pile of cottage cheese with the back of a spoon.
  4. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top of each bite according to your taste.
Baking
  1. Bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until they are golden brown.
Serving
  1. Serve them on their own, with hummus, whipped cottage cheese, guacamole, or as a topping for salads.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container with a paper towel for 3 to 4 days. To refresh, heat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 2 to 3 minutes. Experiment with variations using different cheeses, spices, or herbs.
