Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Scoop the cottage cheese into small piles on the baking tray, making sure to space them out evenly.
- Gently flatten each pile of cottage cheese with the back of a spoon.
- Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top of each bite according to your taste.
Baking
- Bake in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until they are golden brown.
Serving
- Serve them on their own, with hummus, whipped cottage cheese, guacamole, or as a topping for salads.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container with a paper towel for 3 to 4 days. To refresh, heat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 2 to 3 minutes. Experiment with variations using different cheeses, spices, or herbs.
