  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1-2 whole 1-2 jalapeños, diced (optional for spiciness) Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Stir in the corn, shredded cheese, green onions, red bell pepper, and jalapeños if using.
  3. Add garlic powder, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
