Preparation
- Combine soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Rinse the noodles well and drain, discarding any included flavor packets.
Cooking
- Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. Sauté celery and onion for 1-2 minutes until the onions soften.
- Add cabbage and cook for another minute.
- Add noodles and the sauce mixture to the vegetables. Stir-fry over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes until the noodles are just heated through.
Notes
Serve warm as a main dish or side. Pairs well with Asian-inspired dishes. For extra kick, sprinkle crushed red pepper on top.
