Preparation
  1. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  3. Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, and salt until smooth.
  4. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika for garnish.
  6. Serve chilled.

Notes

You can store leftover deviled eggs in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Make sure to cover them well to prevent them from drying out or absorbing other odors. For a nice presentation, use a piping bag or zip-top bag with the corner cut off to fill the egg whites.
