Method
 

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate or candy melts in 30-second intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
  2. Dip each sugar wafer halfway into the melted chocolate. Let excess drip off and place on parchment paper.
  3. Immediately sprinkle holiday sprinkles over the dipped portion before the chocolate sets.
  4. Let the wafers set at room temperature or refrigerate for about 15 minutes until firm.
