Instructions
 

  • Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave in 20-second bursts, stirring between each to prevent burning.
  • If using, mix in the coconut oil or butter for a smoother coating.
  • Stir the roasted peanuts into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully covered.
  • Using a spoon or fork, scoop out clusters or individual pieces and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
  • Sprinkle with sea salt or any additional toppings if desired.
  • Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.
  • Once fully set, enjoy immediately or store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
