Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a baking dish, layer the sliced zucchinis evenly across the bottom.
  3. Spread the shredded chicken on top of the zucchini.
  4. Pour marinara sauce over the chicken, then sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Generously top with grated mozzarella cheese.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and golden.
