  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce Can substitute with coconut aminos if needed.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Stir in the mixed vegetables and cook until tender-crisp.
  5. Pour in the soy sauce and stir to combine.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for better flavor. Don’t overcrowd the pan while cooking. Customize flavors according to your taste.
