Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, frozen mixed veggies, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Pour the chicken mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix the Bisquick with the milk until smooth. Pour this batter over the chicken mixture.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top if desired.
Baking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for ease. Customize veggies as per preference. May add dried herbs for extra flavor.
