  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Use rotisserie chicken for ease.
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables No need to chop.
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup For a creamy filling.
  • 1 cup chicken broth Adds moisture.
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder For savory flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Enhances the taste.
  • salt and pepper to taste salt and pepper Season to preference.
Topping Ingredients
  • 1 cup Bisquick mix For the biscuit topping.
  • 1 cup milk Makes the topping moist.
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional) For a cheesy topping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, frozen mixed veggies, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined.
  3. Pour the chicken mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the Bisquick with the milk until smooth. Pour this batter over the chicken mixture.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top if desired.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  2. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for ease. Customize veggies as per preference. May add dried herbs for extra flavor.
