Toppings

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, mozzarella cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and shape it into a pizza crust about 1/2 inch thick.
Baking
  1. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden and firm.
  2. Remove the crust from the oven and add your selected toppings.
  3. Return to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Serving
  1. Let the pizza cool for a few moments before slicing. Serve warm.

Notes

Keep the crust thin enough for crispiness while being thick enough to hold toppings. You can prep the crust one day in advance and store in the fridge. Leftovers can be sautéed in a skillet with eggs for breakfast.
