- In a large skillet or wok, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add the mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
- Stir in the shredded chicken and cook for a few minutes until heated through.
- In a separate pot, cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and add to the skillet.
- Pour the chow mein sauce (soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, and sesame oil) over the mixture. Toss everything together and cook for another minute.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet over medium heat. Add a splash of water or soy sauce if needed to keep moist.
