Method
Cooking the Pasta
- Bring a big pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and follow package instructions for al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sautéing the Chicken
- In a large skillet over medium heat, drizzle a touch of olive oil and add the diced chicken. Cook for 6-8 minutes until no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper.
Combining Ingredients
- Add crumbled bacon and ranch dressing to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Bring the cooked pasta and halved cherry tomatoes into the skillet. Stir until well coated.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Serving
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
