Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, stuffing mix, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, mixed vegetables (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir gently.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top if desired.
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until heated through and golden on top.
Serving
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
This casserole can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator for a few days. Ideal for meal prepping. Can also be frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
