Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, stuffing mix, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, mixed vegetables (if using), garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir gently.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top if desired.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until heated through and golden on top.

Notes
