Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent roll dough
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken rotisserie chicken preferred
  • 3/4 cup Alfredo sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • fresh parsley optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix until creamy.
  • Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Place chicken mixture on the wide end of each triangle and roll tightly, tucking the ends slightly.
  • Arrange the rolls on the baking sheet, spaced evenly apart. Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

You can make these ahead by assembling them a day in advance and refrigerating until ready to bake. Add veggies like spinach or broccoli for extra nutrition, or swap in Buffalo sauce for a spicy twist.
