- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream, bringing it to a simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and combined. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked fettuccine pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat in the Alfredo sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
Make sure not to overcook the chicken to keep it juicy and tender. Feel free to add veggies for added nutrition. If the sauce is too thick, add pasta water to loosen it up.
