Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 3 pieces Chicken breasts, cut into cubes Use boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 pound Pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice) Any preferred pasta type works
  • 6 pieces Kaiser rolls Adjust quantity if needed
  • 1 jar Alfredo sauce (about 15 oz) Store-bought or homemade
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, melted For brushing the bread bowls
  • 3-4 teaspoons Garlic and herb seasoning To taste
  • 1/2 cup Shredded parmesan cheese For topping
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For cooking chicken
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning chicken

Method
 

Cooking Chicken
  1. Season chicken cubes with garlic and herb seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook in olive oil over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes, until cooked through.
Cooking Pasta
  1. Boil salted water and cook pasta until al dente. Drain well.
Preparing Bread Bowls
  1. Slice tops off kaiser rolls and hollow out the centers gently to create bowls.
  2. Combine melted butter with garlic and herb seasoning. Brush inside and edges of the bread bowls.
  3. Bake bowls at 375°F (190°C) for 4-5 minutes until lightly toasted.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Add drained pasta and Alfredo sauce to the chicken. Stir to combine well.
Filling Bread Bowls
  1. Fill toasted bread bowls with the chicken Alfredo mixture.
  2. Top with shredded parmesan.
  3. Return filled bowls to the oven for 4-5 minutes until cheese is melted and bread is crispy.
Serving
  1. Serve hot with a garnish of parsley or red pepper flakes if desired.

Notes

To store leftovers, let bowls cool completely and place in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. Reheat at low temperature in the oven.
