1.5cupscooked shredded chickenrotisserie chicken works well
1cupAlfredo saucehomemade or high-quality jarred
1cupshredded mozzarella cheese
1/4cupgrated Parmesan cheese
1tspItalian seasoning
1eggbeaten for egg wash
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the pizza dough into 6–8 inch circles.
In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning.
Spoon filling onto one half of each dough circle. Fold over and crimp the edges to seal. Optional: cut a small slit on top for steam to escape.
Brush each calzone with egg wash. Place in air fryer basket (in batches if needed) and cook for 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool for 3–5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Don’t overfill the calzones to avoid leaks. Use parchment or spray to prevent sticking. Add veggies or spice for variation. Can be made ahead and frozen for up to 2 months.
