  • 1 cup sparkling water Use flavored sparkling water for an extra twist!
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice Freshly squeezed is always best!
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice Enhances the cherry flavor beautifully.
  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup (optional) Add for sweetness, but adjust to taste.
  • ice cubes To keep your drink chilled.
  • fresh mint leaves (for garnish) Adds aroma and a fancy touch.

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the pitted cherries with lime juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup if you’re using it. Blend until smooth.
  2. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve to remove any solids.
  3. Fill a glass with ice cubes, and pour the cherry mixture over the top.
  4. Top it off with sparkling water and stir gently to combine.
  5. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, and serve with a straw.

Notes

Chill glasses before serving to enhance the experience. Experiment with citrus ratios for your preferred tartness.
