Preparation
- Drain the pineapple and add it to a large bowl.
- Mix in the cherry pie filling and pudding mix.
- Stir in the cool whip until everything is combined.
- Fold in the mini marshmallows gently.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Can be made a day in advance for better flavor blending.
