- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. Blend until well combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Stir in the cherry pie filling, leaving some swirls for a pretty marbled effect if desired.
- Fold in the mini marshmallows and nuts (if using).
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to let the flavors blend and fluff set.
Notes
Can be served in individual cups or in a large bowl. Top with extra cherry pie filling or nuts.
