Ingredients
  

Tortilla Preparation
  • 4 pieces flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley or dried Italian herbs Fresh parsley works well too.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • to taste Salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, herbs, and a pinch of salt to create a garlic butter spread.
  2. Place the tortillas on a flat surface and brush one side of each tortilla generously with the garlic butter mixture.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over half of each tortilla, then fold the tortillas in half to form a semicircle.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 2 to 3 minutes.
  2. Place the folded tortillas in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding.
  3. Air fry for 5 to 7 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on both sides and the cheese is fully melted.
  4. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before slicing into wedges and serving.

Notes

Serve hot with pasta, salads, or soup, and consider dipping in marinara or garlic dipping sauce for added flavor. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
