Ingredients

Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or Mexican blend
Dough
  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
Topping
  • 2 tbsp butter melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder optional
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley optional

Equipment

  • Baking Sheet
  • Skillet

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess grease and stir in taco seasoning with a splash of water. Simmer until thickened.
  3. Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle and cut into 8 even strips.
  4. Spoon taco meat and shredded cheese onto each strip. Fold dough over filling and seal edges tightly.
  5. Place taco sticks seam side down on the baking sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley, if using.
  6. Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with dipping sauces like salsa, sour cream, or guacamole.

Notes

These freeze well after baking. To reheat, place in a 350°F oven or 375°F air fryer until hot and crispy.
