  • 12-16 count Hawaiian rolls Cut two slits into the top of each roll, halfway through.
  • 1 stick salted butter (softened) Adds richness and flavor.
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley Washed thoroughly.
  • 2.5 tbsp minced garlic The more garlic, the better!
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese Adds a nutty flavor that complements the mozzarella.
  • 1.5 cups shredded mozzarella cheese The gooier, the better!

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Put the prepared rolls into a buttered 9x13 baking dish, snugly arranged.
  2. Stuff the slits with mozzarella cheese, allowing some to peek out for extra meltiness.
  3. In a small bowl, combine softened butter, chopped parsley, and minced garlic; whisk until evenly combined.
  4. Spread the garlic butter mixture generously over the tops of the cheese-stuffed rolls.
  5. Bake at 400° for 9-11 minutes until cheese is melted and rolls are golden brown.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Use fresh garlic for the best flavor. Don’t skimp on the butter for irresistible rolls!
