Preparation

Cooking
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef, onion, and minced garlic. Cook until the beef is browned and drain excess fat.
- Stir in the uncooked rice, beef broth, and cream of mushroom soup. Sprinkle in salt, pepper, and paprika. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Baking
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
