Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or a dab of butter.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef, onion, and minced garlic. Cook until the beef is browned and drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in the uncooked rice, beef broth, and cream of mushroom soup. Sprinkle in salt, pepper, and paprika. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Baking
  1. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  2. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  3. Remove the foil, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serving
  1. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve warm.
