Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Divide the pizza dough into 10 equal portions and roll each into a rope about 8 inches long.
- Make two small cuts on both ends of each dough rope and gently pull and stretch to create a bone shape.
Baking
- Brush each breadstick with melted butter and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
- Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top, and bake for another 5-7 minutes until bubbly.
Serving
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
Notes
Don’t overhandle the dough for fluffy breadsticks. Experiment with different cheeses and dips!
