Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 pound pizza dough Can use store-bought or homemade.
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted) Gives a golden finish.
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese Adds nutty flavor.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Melts beautifully.
  • Marinara sauce (for dipping) A tangy companion.
For Dusting
  • All-purpose flour Keeps dough from sticking.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Divide the pizza dough into 10 equal portions and roll each into a rope about 8 inches long.
  3. Make two small cuts on both ends of each dough rope and gently pull and stretch to create a bone shape.
Baking
  1. Brush each breadstick with melted butter and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
  2. Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  3. Remove from oven, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top, and bake for another 5-7 minutes until bubbly.
Serving
  1. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Don’t overhandle the dough for fluffy breadsticks. Experiment with different cheeses and dips!
