Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, mayonnaise, and parsley. Mix until everything is creamy and well combined.
- Place the tortillas on a flat surface. Spoon a quarter of the filling into the center of each tortilla. If you want, add some optional vegetables.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward and roll it tightly from the bottom to form a wrap.
Cooking
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with minced garlic. Brush the outside of each wrap generously with this mixture.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Toast each wrap seam-side down for 2–3 minutes on each side, until they are golden and crispy, and the cheese melts inside.
Serving
- Slice each wrap in half and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce, like ranch or garlic aioli.
Notes
Let leftovers cool completely before storing. Place them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. To reheat, place them in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through. You can freeze these wraps for up to 2 months.
