Ingredients
  

Wrap Filling
  • 2 cups cooked chicken shredded or sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheese mozzarella and cheddar mix
  • 4 flour tortillas large, soft
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise or garlic aioli
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce shredded
  • 2 tbsp butter or oil for toasting

Method
 

  1. Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Stir in the chicken and heat through for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Lay out tortillas. Spread a layer of mayonnaise or garlic aioli on each. Add lettuce, cooked chicken, and a generous amount of shredded cheese.
  3. Fold in the sides and roll up the tortillas tightly. Place seam-side down in a hot skillet with butter. Toast for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and the cheese is melted.

Notes

Customize with tomatoes, onions, or jalapeños for extra flavor. Use a panini press for a crispier finish. Wraps can be prepped ahead and stored un-toasted for up to 2 days in the fridge.
