- Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Stir in the chicken and heat through for 3-4 minutes.
- Lay out tortillas. Spread a layer of mayonnaise or garlic aioli on each. Add lettuce, cooked chicken, and a generous amount of shredded cheese.
- Fold in the sides and roll up the tortillas tightly. Place seam-side down in a hot skillet with butter. Toast for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and the cheese is melted.
Notes
Customize with tomatoes, onions, or jalapeños for extra flavor. Use a panini press for a crispier finish. Wraps can be prepped ahead and stored un-toasted for up to 2 days in the fridge.
