Equipment

  • Baking Sheet
  • Parchment Paper

Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough store-bought or homemade
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage crumbled
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni sliced
  • 1/4 cup bell pepper chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • marinara sauce for dipping, optional

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • In a large bowl, combine sausage, pepperoni, bell pepper, red onion, mozzarella, Parmesan, Italian seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle. Spread the filling evenly, leaving a border at the edges.
  • Roll up the dough jelly-roll style, sealing the ends. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm with marinara or your favorite dip.

Notes

Customize your fillings with mushrooms, olives, spinach, or even BBQ chicken. Use parchment paper for easier cleanup and sprinkle Parmesan on top before baking for a crisp finish.
