- In a bowl, combine the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Make sure the chicken is well coated with the seasonings.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for about 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is golden and fully cooked. Then, remove it from heat and let it cool slightly.
Assembly and Cooking
- Lay the tortillas out on a flat surface and spread a layer of creamy garlic sauce over each one.
- Evenly distribute the cooked chicken on each tortilla and sprinkle with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Fold the tortillas over the filling to create a wrap. In the same non-stick pan, grill the folded wraps for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden and crispy.
- Remove the wraps from the pan, cut each one in half, and garnish with freshly chopped parsley, if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding some chopped bell peppers or spinach when cooking the chicken. You can use any type of cheese you like, or mix different cheeses for variety. If you prefer a crunchier wrap, grill them longer until they reach your desired crispness.
