Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream cheese Use full-fat or low-fat based on preference.
  • 1/4 cup Powdered sugar Adjust to taste for sweetness.
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract Adds flavor to the filling.
For the strawberries
  • 12 pieces Fresh strawberries Choose fresh and firm strawberries.
  • 1/2 cup Graham cracker crumbs For dipping the filled strawberries.

Preparation
  1. Wash and hull the strawberries, creating a hollow space in each.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Fill each strawberry with the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Dip the tops of the filled strawberries in graham cracker crumbs.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

Serve cold for the best taste. For added sweetness, drizzle with chocolate sauce. Best enjoyed within a day or two. Can make ahead a few hours in advance.
