Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Unroll the puff pastry and cut out 4 strips.
- Place a piece of chocolate on one end of each strip and roll it over.
- Add another piece of chocolate and roll up the pastry completely.
- Press the edges gently to seal in the chocolate.
- Lightly spritz with a little water and sprinkle with sugar.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Just before serving warm, sprinkle with icing sugar.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to two days or freeze for longer storage. Reheat in a preheated oven.
