- Start by placing your white chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until the chocolate is smooth and melted.
- Once melted, carefully divide the chocolate into two smaller bowls.
- Add a few drops of yellow food coloring to one bowl and orange food coloring to the other. Mix until the colors are vibrant and just right.
- Take your fresh strawberries, hold them by the stem, and dip just the tip into the yellow chocolate, then dip into the orange chocolate to create a candy corn effect.
- Place dipped strawberries on parchment paper and let them sit until the chocolate hardens. You can refrigerate them for quicker setting.
- Before the chocolate completely sets, gently press a piece of candy corn on top of each strawberry.
Notes
Ensure strawberries are completely dry before dipping to prevent chocolate from seizing. Store in a cool, dry area away from sunlight.
