Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 12 pieces Fresh Strawberries Choose firm, plump berries.
  • 1 cup White Chocolate Melts Melt according to package instructions.
  • 2 drops Yellow Food Coloring A few drops will do; adjust for desired shade.
  • 2 drops Orange Food Coloring A few drops will do; adjust for desired shade.
  • 1/2 cup Candy Corn For topping.

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by placing your white chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until the chocolate is smooth and melted.
  2. Once melted, carefully divide the chocolate into two smaller bowls.
  3. Add a few drops of yellow food coloring to one bowl and orange food coloring to the other. Mix until the colors are vibrant and just right.
  4. Take your fresh strawberries, hold them by the stem, and dip just the tip into the yellow chocolate, then dip into the orange chocolate to create a candy corn effect.
  5. Place dipped strawberries on parchment paper and let them sit until the chocolate hardens. You can refrigerate them for quicker setting.
  6. Before the chocolate completely sets, gently press a piece of candy corn on top of each strawberry.

Notes

Ensure strawberries are completely dry before dipping to prevent chocolate from seizing. Store in a cool, dry area away from sunlight.
