For the Rigatoni
  • 8 ounces rigatoni pasta Cook according to package instructions
  • 1 cup heavy cream To create a creamy sauce
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated For cheese flavor and creaminess
For Garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season the steak tips with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add steak tips and cook until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove and set aside.
  4. In a separate pot, cook rigatoni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
Cooking
  1. In the same skillet, reduce heat and add heavy cream, bringing it to a simmer.
  2. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
  3. Combine the cooked rigatoni with the sauce and add the steak tips back to the skillet.
  4. Toss to combine and heat through.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve warm, straight from the skillet. Add extra Parmesan on top if desired. Pairs well with a simple green salad or crusty bread. Can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in the microwave or stovetop, adding a splash of cream or water if needed.
