Preparation
- Finely chop the cabbage, carrot, capsicum, and spring onions into small pieces.
- In a large bowl, mix the chopped veggies with minced garlic and grated ginger.
- Add the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, soy sauce, chili sauce, salt, and black pepper to the bowl and mix well until combined.
Cooking
- Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Shape the mixture into small balls and drop them into the hot oil, frying until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes).
- Remove the balls and let them drain on a paper towel.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
For a healthier option, you can air-fry these by brushing them with oil before air-frying. You can also prep the vegetable mixture a day ahead and store it in the fridge.
