  • 1 cup shredded lettuce Iceberg or romaine work beautifully.
  • 1 slice avocado Choose a ripe avocado for the best flavor.
  • ½ medium red onion, thinly sliced Soak in cold water to mellow the bite.
For Assembling
  • to taste salt and pepper Crucial for depth of flavor.
  • to taste zesty dressing (your choice) Ranch or creamy vegan dressing are great options!

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the drained chickpeas with buffalo sauce until every chickpea is thoroughly coated.
  2. Heat the buffalo chickpeas in a pan over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Lay your whole wheat wraps out on a flat surface. Layer each with shredded lettuce, avocado slices, and buffalo chickpeas.
Finishing Touches
  1. Drizzle your zesty dressing over the toppings and add a sprinkle of salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Roll the wraps tightly and slice in half for a presentation.
  3. Serve immediately on a plate.
