- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and wing sauce. Mix until everything is creamy and well-blended.
- Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
- Spread an even layer of the chicken mixture over the tortilla.
- Starting from one edge, roll up the tortilla tightly.
- Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and filling.
- Using a sharp knife, slice each rolled tortilla into pinwheels.
- If desired, sprinkle with sliced green onions before serving.
Serving
- Enjoy them immediately with your favorite dip, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
