Preparation
- Spread the soft cheese evenly over the center of a large plate or small platter, leaving about a 1/4 inch around the edge.
- Evenly sprinkle and spread the chopped tomatoes over the cheese layer.
- Add the fresh basil on top of the tomatoes.
- Drizzle the balsamic glaze back and forth over the whole plate.
Serving
- Serve alongside pita chips, crackers, or thin slices of baguette for dipping.
Notes
Best served fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Keep cheese separate from tomatoes and basil for freshness. Consume within 2-3 days for best flavor and texture.
