  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar with the mother
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger grated
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder or stick
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp raw honey optional
  • 1 cup warm water or green tea for hydration
Optional Add-ins
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cranberry juice optional
  • 1/2 tsp psyllium husk optional

Method
 

  1. Heat your water or brew green tea until warm but not boiling. Let steep if using tea.
  2. In a mug or jar, combine apple cider vinegar, ginger, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Stir in honey if using.
  3. Add cranberry juice and psyllium husk if desired. Stir well and let sit briefly to avoid clumping.
  4. Stir again and taste. Adjust sweetness or tartness to preference. Enjoy warm or chilled.
