Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups cold water Ensure your water is cold for a refreshing taste.
  • 1 cup sugar You can adjust the amount of sugar to taste.
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk Try dairy-free alternatives if necessary.

Method

Preparation
  1. Rinse and cut the limes in half. If desired, remove any seeds.
  2. In a blender, combine the lime halves, sugar, and cold water. Blend on high for about 20-30 seconds until well mixed but don’t overdo it.
  3. Using a fine mesh strainer, pour the blended mixture into a pitcher, pushing down gently to extract as much liquid as possible. Discard the pulp.
  4. Stir in the sweetened condensed milk until fully incorporated. Taste and adjust sugar if necessary.
  5. Serve over ice for the best experience.

Notes

Serve over ice and garnish with lime slices or fresh mint for added appeal. Store in the refrigerator and consume within three days for optimal freshness.
