Preparation
- Whip cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until creamy and smooth.
- Add sour cream, ranch seasoning, corn, Rotel, green chiles, and cheese to the bowl. Stir to combine well.
- Cover the mixing bowl tightly and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours.
Serving
- Serve chilled with tortilla or pita chips as dippers.
Notes
Can be made a day ahead for better flavor blending. For added spiciness, mix in jalapeños. Store leftovers tightly covered; good for up to 3 days in the refrigerator. Do not freeze.
