Blue Salt Trick for Men

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup filtered water cold or room temperature
  • 1 pinch sea salt or pink Himalayan salt
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp blue spirulina powder
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or raw honey optional

Method
 

  1. Pour filtered water into a large glass or shaker bottle.
  2. Add a pinch of salt and fresh lemon juice. Stir to combine.
  3. Sprinkle in blue spirulina powder. Stir or shake thoroughly until fully dissolved.
  4. Add maple syrup or honey if desired. Stir until dissolved.
  5. Serve chilled or over ice and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Use fresh lemon juice for best flavor. Stir well to avoid spirulina clumping. Customize with cucumber, mint, or ginger for flavor variation.
