Preparation
- Preheat the Blackstone grill over medium heat (around 375°F).
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- Slice the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, combine the kielbasa, sliced bell peppers, onion, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Cooking
- Add the mixture onto the grill and cook for about 8-10 minutes, stirring every 2-3 minutes.
- Once the vegetables are tender and the kielbasa is nicely browned, add the cooked tortellini to the grill.
- Toss everything together gently to heat through for about 2-3 minutes.
Serving
- Serve hot, topped with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
Notes
This dish is best enjoyed hot off the grill. To store leftovers, use an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3-4 days. Freeze for longer storage (up to 3 months).
